Using Google Forms means that the forms, data, entries and tickets are 100% controlled by you.

No Google Account login required. A script is used to communicate with a specific form you link. This means all of your data stays secure and safe!

 

 

How it works

G-Tickets works by linking to a Google Form via a custom Google Sheet Script. This script allows G-Tickets to work locally on your submitions and only update the main form when you are ready.

Notifications can be sent when new entries are filled out. Sound, email and automatic data table population.

Clicking on an entry in the data table will show a highlight section that displays only the relevant data.

Users can leave notes, send emails to clients, or notify administration of tickets that need to be elevated.

To complete a ticket, select the ticket and click ‘Submit Complete’. In one click G-Tickets will send a message to the linked Google Form, letting it know that entry is finished. G-Tickets will update the form, time stamp, leave notes (if any was given), send emails and automatically hide the completed tickets from the data table.

 

 

How to setup

Linking Forms

G-Tickets requires at minimum 1 form to be linked. G-Tickets comes with a full tutorial showing you how to:

  • Generate a QR Code for your Forms
  • Create a Shareable Google Form
  • Create and Link a Google Form Spreadsheet
  • Create and publish a Google Spreadsheet App Script so G-Tickets can communicate with the Form.

Everything Else…

Once a form is linked, you can:

  • Create custom users with passwords
  • Create custom administration email
  • Customize email messages
  • Link outbound emails
  • And More!

User Accounts

G-Tickets includes built-in security that restricts access to tickets unless a user is logged in. This feature becomes active once the default Admin password is changed.

Once changed, a user must be logged in to see the updated sheets.

G-Tickets Settings, Users, Passwords, Forms and Sheet Data can all be backed up and loaded on as many machines as needed. This makes copying account access for multiple team members simple.
